European-Canadian Stables (ECS) and Celtic Cross Stables Policies
Please read carefully
All Riding Helmets and Riding Boots are mandatory to participate at the stables, Helmets must be purchased certified. Proper footware must be warn in and around the stables. Please no sandles!
No refunds will be given if:

for safety reasons ECS and CCS reserves the right to suspend participants, if they or their associates do not follow staff instructions.

Also if 24hrs notice between the hours of 8a.m.-6p.m. Monday-Saturday is not given to cancel a lesson.

Any missed rental/part-board/quarter-board or lease rides are missed (these can not be made up).
ECS and CCS are given the right to refuse particular persons from participating, due to persons whom are detrimental to the animals well being due to height, balance and/or weight.
Personal equiptment is permitted after being approved by staff of ECS/CCS before use.
Please do not take home any belongings of ECS/CCS without approval by Christina or Rita this is thieft.

Lessons
- As stated above 24hrs with in the hours of 8a.m. to 6p.m. is required for cancellation and be eligible for a make up.
- Make ups must be made with in 2 months time and are subject to availability.
Make ups follow the same cancellation rules as your regulared time slot given to you.

Lessons and rental rides are at a first come first serve basis.
Payment is due on or before your first schedualed lesson.
